How do I schedule my Screamin’ Party?
We make it easy for you! You can book your child’s party online, or you can give us a call at 1-877-96-PARTY and we will be happy to reserve your child’s special day and time slot. Call anytime, we will answer any questions that you may have.
What makes a Screamin’ Party Different from other parties?
Kids LOVE inflatables! We have put a lot of thought of which inflatables to include in our Screamin’ Parties, including our incredible 20′ giant shark slide, Wacky World Playground, and so much more. And we didn't stop there. We also have many unique, exciting games and options such as our Screamin’ Stomp Floor, Cannon Air Blasters, our Screamin' Cycles, and so much more!
In addition to the inflatables and games we offer, there is one element that we are extremely proud to say that makes us different than other party facilities. The owners and staff care about each and every party that we host. Each staff person is dedicated to not only watch the children and keep them safe, but to make sure that each child is smiling and having the best party experience they have ever had. Additionally, there is always an owner on-site, working to make sure that each party is perfect. We feel that everyone leaving should have an even bigger smile than when they walked in the facility. The party experience will be second to none.
How far in advance should I book my party?
Time slots fill up quickly, so we recommend that you book your party as soon as you know the date. We are generally booked for at least one 6-10 weeks ahead.
What age groups are appropriate for Screamin’ Parties?
Screamin’ Parties has activities for children ages 2-12. However this varies due to the size and physical abilities of children. If for any reason we feel it is not safe for a child to be using our equipment we will kindly ask them to participate on equipment that is appropriate.
What days and hours are you open and do you have Open Bounce times?
We are open every day. We also have open bounce times each week.You can also call us with your email at 1-877-96-PARTY to receive updates about our weekly and special occasion open bounce times.
Will my party be private?
Yes! Every party is private. This means only your party will be in the inflatable arena(s) and party eating area at one time.
How often do you clean and sanitize the inflatables?
We are parents just like you, and we are crazy about cleanliness. You will notice this when you walk into the facility. The inflatables are cleaned and sanitized each day we’re open.
Are parents allowed on the inflatables?
Sure! Parents are invited to join in on the fun.
What should my child and friends wear for a Screamin’ Party?
Comfortable clothes are ideal. SOCKS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW for hygiene purposes.
When should I order extra pizza or other options?
We’ll call you a few days prior to your party to confirm the guest count. At that time you may also order any extra’s such as hero or fruit platters, our Hurricane Simulator, extra pizza, etc.
Do you provide balloons?
Unfortunately, not at this time for two reasons. The balloons we had provided in the past had been intended for decorating our party rooms, and were supposed to stay there for the duration of the day so that all parties could enjoy them. Instead, children were taking them home. Secondly, due to a severe helium shortage, it is difficult for us to obtain helium.
Can I bring balloons?
Sure, we will be happy to set them up in your party area.
What about a cake?
We offer delicious Ice Cream Cakes at an extremely reasonable price! We can also put almost any theme (or your child's photo) on the cake. You also have the option to bring in your own cake or cupcakes. (We require at least 5 days notice prior to your party to place an ice cream cake order).
Can I order extra pizza anything else once my party has begun?
We will do our best if necessary, but we cannot promise. It is important that we are able to obtain your final headcount no longer than two days prior to your party so we have enough time to place your food order. If you feel you did not order enough food after that, please let us know as soon as possible. We do not maintain extra food on premises, but we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party area?
Of course! We just don’t permit silly string, confetti or pinatas.
Can we start the party in the party area?
Bouncing around on a full tummy is not a good idea, so all parties will start in the bouncing arenas.
Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the inflatable arenas?
We’re sorry, but once in the party area, guests may not re-enter the play areas, as their will be another party in the party arenas and all parties are private.
Will there be a Screamin’ Party staff member to assist me?
Yes, we have staff to assist you throughout your entire party.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
We need enough time to book another party on the date you are canceling. Three weeks or more is required.
Is there an additional charge for siblings, parents and/or caregivers?
There is no additional charge for parents or caregivers. Siblings and all other guests over the 16 person package price will be an additional fee per guest. (Any child playing in the play area over of the age of two will be charged.)
What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive 10-15 minutes prior to party time to allow for check-in and to go over the safety regulations.
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are welcome to stay and enjoy watching the fun! We strongly request that one parent stay per child, especially for younger children.
What type of safety supervision is provided?
Upon entering the facility, we provide you with a safety sheet. We ask that you read it carefully with your child. It talks about rough play, that fact that no sneakers or shoes are allowed in the arena areas, and that socks must always be worn. We also have our inflatable arena’s supervised with our friendly trained staff to ensure a fun and safe experience. This means that you can relax and enjoy the party! We take safety seriously. Even when a staff member needs a short restroom break, their inflatable is supervised by another employee. Additionally there is always an owner on premises.
Can a guest play wearing a cast?
For safety reasons, any guest with a cast, splint, sling, brace, etc. will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables. They may, however, participate with the ball shooters, stomp floor and other games. We welcome them to attend the party, and we will not charge for their attendance.
Can my party spend extra time on the inflatables?
If our schedule allows it, yes! Please give us a call to discuss this option.
